First Things First


ust like every other time, I'm inspired to start blogging again. I'm not necessarily sure what I will be writing about, but it's important for me to get things going again. One specific thought that I had today had to do with food (what else?). How do I fix myself healthy and balanced meals while being a working mom and integrate workouts in the morning? I don't have any real answers, but I have always been a fan of the one step at a time process to make life seem less daunting. Unfortunately reflection time is now over as my firstborn is awake after a second unprecedented nap and fussier than ever. He is having a self-timeout on the rug next to me, but I should get him ready for his bath and our bedtime routine.

I am hoping to make myself wake up earlier so that I can squeeze in a workout before my first day back to school with the kids.
